Unfortunately since December 2020 the bitumen sealer has split in numerous placec and twice brought down the kitchen ceiling. I believed the leak was coming from where the tiled roof met the flat roof and used Flashband to seal where I belived the leak was, for I did not believe it could come through your product. I repaired the ceiling and was horrified when it leaked through again when we had the next heavy rainfall. The ceiling is now down for the third time. I only wished to carry out a temporary repair for 18months until I could afford to have the whole roof replaced with a one piece Firestone rubber membrane at a cost of just under £4000. The flat roof is 9metres x 7metres in area. I have had, this week, a roofing specialist carry out a temporary repair and now have most of the ceiling to repair again. I have wasted my time and money on your product that does not do what you says it does. I had purchased 3 x 25 litre tins and 3 x 5 litre of primer.
