The Aluminum Folding Ladder connects to the edge of your Pioneer Systems using a specific mounting bracket fixed with bolts for added stability. **Q: I have a yakima mega warrior basked. would the hooks fit over the side bars on this model?**
A: Hello, thank you for your interest in Rhino Rack.  The RAFL is designed to work with our Pioneer Platform, we have not tested it on other brands or other brands of baskets so we would not be able to determine at this time if this is a possibility.

**Q: If I mount to my roof rack can this withstand the elements (mainly rain)?**
A: Definitely

A: It is the mounting brackets to attach the ladder hooks to pioneer platform and the folding ladder assembly

**Q: Where can I get the brackets to store the ladder on my platform????**
A: Amazon has a ladder holder that attaches to pioneer rack. Kinda pricey tho

After purchasing $4000 worth of Yakima items for my roof mounted platform. I was shocked that no one at Yakima has a “clue” that people need to get to the rooftop racks, yet no ladder is provided for this platform. Now Yakima does have a ladder that comes with their rooftop tents but not for their platform. Big miss by YakimaThank you RHINO RACK.
