This Super features finger joints & our "quick-check" viewing window, located on the rear of the Super, which allows you to Check the progress & well-being of your hive without disturbing the bees. 8 wood frames with plastic foundation are also included. Purchased Summerhawk Ranch Beehive with jar super a month ago. Wanted to add another quick check super. Nice product but you can see what arrived is not the same outside stain as pictured for sale on Amazon.  Disappointed it doesn’t match
