I am new to meditation but have found that it is very helpful with regard to better sleep and less anxiety. This CD helps guide you through the meditation process and the art of freeing your mind so that your focus is on resting in The Lord. I do have to turn the volume down fairly low because the guided talk will distract me. However, the guided talk is also what helps me put my thoughts where they need to be. It's a matter of finding your balance. Listening to this CD quiets my thoughts and gives me the correct mindset where I can listen to The Word of God and meditate on it. I like it so much I bought one for my sister who is the one that suggested I meditate in the first place. This CD is worth the money. One last important bit of information... I only listened to the full CD one time because I always fall asleep about 15-20 minutes into it. It's that good!
