Recipe:800g Raspberries-500g sugar-juice of 1 lemon-2 vanilla pods-1 sachet vanilla sugar-1 sachet pectin: Add the raspberry in a saucepan with the sugar on top, leave it for 5 minutes-Add the sliced vanilla pods-heat on high and boil for 10 minutes-Mix the pectin and the vanilla sugar in a bowl then add to the raspberry while stirring-Cook 15 to 20 minutes-Add the lemon juice halfway-Remove the foam that formed at the top of the preparation and pour in jars-Let it cool 24 hours.

Then add the vanilla pods (cut in the middle), heat on high and boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the pectin and the vanilla sugar then add to the raspberry mix while stirring. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice halfway. At the end remove the foam that formed at the top of the preparation and pour in jars. Let it cool 24 hours minimum before enjoying it.
