Hi, the manufacturer recommends 1 sachet of Pectine for 1kg of fruits and 1kg of sugar (depending on the fruits) and the juice of 1 lemon for a quick set jam. Recipe for Raspberry Jam: 800g Raspberries, 500g sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 vanilla pods, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 sachet pectin. Add the raspberry in a big saucepan and add the sugar on top, leave it for 5 minutes. Then add the vanilla pods (cut in the middle), heat on high and boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the pectin and the vanilla sugar then add to the raspberry mix while stirring. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice halfway. At the end remove the foam that formed at the top of the preparation and pour in jars. Let it cool 24 hours minimum before enjoying it. We hope this helps.
