This really took the strain off of my back having to undergo an intensive back surgery and with my line of duty we are always wokring low on the ground. I also love the fact of the quick release straps because it saves me time putting them on when the bells go off! I would diffinitely recommend these knee pads for a cost effective route!

I work in the fire department and bought this to use uder my gear. It is reallly comfortable and i cant even tell that I am on the ground at times. They are well made, easy to strap on. These provide good padding for the knees and work well. I would recommend this if you do a lot of work kneeling especially gardening. They do slide down a little bit but probably most of them do anyway. Overall they fit well.
