I've tried other magnesium brands before and never felt much difference. This magnesium complex is completely different. I take it every night before bed and it helps me relax so much. I feel less tense and can fall asleep much more easily.I take my magnesium, relax for a while and I'm ready to sleep. The difference compared to my previous supplement is like night and day. I've been using it for 3 weeks and don't plan to switch. Highly recommended if you have trouble relaxing before bed!

To make sure I get the best combination of magnesium this complex is ideal. I take one at bed time and one in the morning but you can take a higher number if you think you need it. I haven’t had any leg cramps since taking this supplement. Thoroughly recommend.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m here because of TikTok! I heard of magnesium supplements helping with better sleep and at this point am willing to try anything. I did more research on the different kinds of magnesium and decided on this complex being the best mix for me. These are easy to swallow capsules and are the best value I found on Amazon. I don’t know if it’s just placebo but I have definitely been getting off to sleep quicker already! Even if it is, I’ll take it because whether chemically or mentally, it’s worked haha.

Easy to swallow tablets and I certainly seem to have a better nights sleep when I take them.
