Well, that is not true. Most of the grease that is on Amazon is not "rated" food grade. If it does not say NSF-H1 don't buy it. The grease is rated NSF-H1, H2, and H3. Some contaminants can be found in H2 and more in H3. If it is not rated at all, god knows whats in it, and I don't want that in my cookies. This grease was clear with no smell. I am a 70 year old woman and I watched a Youtube woman take her Kitchen Aid apart and put it back together again. I kept my computer on the counter and did it one step at a time. Complete success. I used a small spatula to apply the grease. I used 3/4 of this tube, plenty for the job. I hope this review helps you purchase the right stuff.
