I am very happy with these pills. They have made my joints a lot more livable. I have been taking this Turmeric product for approx. 4 months and it has definitely helped relieve my joint pain. I suffer from all over joint pain that not even opioids would relieve. It instructs to take one capsule 3 times a day, but I take 2 in the morning after breakfast and 1 at night after dinner. I must take it after eating or I will get very nauseous.
