**Q: Can the speaker's light effect be turned off? Because sometimes I just want to enjoy the music.**
A: It can, just hold down the ( far ) opposite button corresponding the power button.

**Q: Can this speaker be used while charging? The voice keeps saying low battery even though I have it plugged to charge.**
A: Our bluetooth speakers can be used while charging. When you plug in the charger, the speaker will stop the low battery prompt, so when you charge it, it will not affect your playback.

**Q: How long will the battery last if playing music at 100%?**
A: Dear customer, since our bluetooth speakers are equipped with colorful lights, the playing time of the battery will vary. At 100% volume, with lights on, the battery will last for 4 hours; with lights off, the battery will last for 5 hours. If at 50% volume, with lights on, the battery will last for 12 hours; with lights off, the battery will last for 20 hours. In addition, different music genre will also make the play time a little different.

**Q: Can this speaker be paired with Alexa? It is not showing in my Alexa app.**
A: Our bluetooth speakers can be connected with Alexa. But if you have previously connected to this speaker with another device, you need to disconnect it before it will appear on other connectable devices.
