I am a repeat orderer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant to drink, but expensive for a small tub *by O***S on 23 March 2026* This is quite a pleasant evening drink, although I did find the chocolate flavour a bit weaker than I was hoping for. It is not unpleasant at all, just a little mild, so I ended up using a bit of extra powder to get a fuller taste. That sorted it for me, and it was much nicer once made a little stronger. One thing I did like straight away was how easy it is to prepare. It mixes without much effort, blends in smoothly, and I did not have any issues with clumps or gritty bits. That makes it easy enough to fit into a bedtime routine, especially if you just want something quick and warm in the evening without any faffing about. As for the actual effect, I would not say it helped me sleep in any obvious way. I did not notice myself getting particularly sleepy from it, so I would not buy it expecting some dramatic bedtime result. What I would say is that it seemed slightly relaxing in the sense that it felt like a calming drink to have later on. The other thing that is hard to ignore is the price. It is very expensive for what you get, especially once you factor in the fairly small tub and the fact I felt the flavour needed a bit more powder to be at its best. That does make it feel more of a luxury wellness drink than something I would see as good value. For me, this works better as a pleasant evening hot chocolate style drink with a wellness angle rather than something that made a major difference overnight.
