Unfortunately the first cartridge that was opened and placed in my printer did not work, nothing came out on multiple attempted pages printed. I emailed customer service in frustration, and I was contacted quickly asking for information off the cartridge, and my shipping address. Once the information was provided they immediately shipped out a replacement to me, which arrived almost overnight. I did open the second cartridge in the first pack, and that has printed without issues. Hopefully the first was just a isolated incident. Definitely would recommend based off the customer service I received. Sometimes things don't work, it is how the problem is addressed and solved that matters most! ## Frequently Bought Together - TRUE IMAGE Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 49A Q5949A 53A Q7553A 49X Q5949X for HP Laserjet 1320 Toner Cartridge 1320n 3390 1160 1320tn 1320nw 3392 P2015 P2015dn Printer (Black, 2-Pack) - Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Printer Paper, 8.5" x 11", 20 lb, 10 Reams, 5000 Sheets, 92 Bright, White - Amazon Basics 1/3-Cut Tab, Assorted Positions File Folders, Letter Size, Manila - Pack of 100 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/67132684-49a-q5949a-53a-q7553a-49x-q5949x-for-hp-1320-toner](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/67132684-49a-q5949a-53a-q7553a-49x-q5949x-for-hp-1320-toner) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
