Review: Real suction power for a great price! - Works like a dream. I make a lot of stir fry dishes and this rangehood is so much better than others. It's not as loud as some brands, but the suction power definitely proves to be worth more than what I paid for. The ease of using the touchless controls makes clean up easy. The lighting is good, and it's very sleek overall. Works well within my kitchen and our everyday needs. I would definitely recommend this to those who do serious cooking at home.
Review: Lot of air circulation, low noise - Great product. Out of the box, installation was not difficult but that is also because I replaced an existing vent. Even if it was on a new wall, I don’t think installation would be an issue for someone who is a bit handy with tools. Removing the protective film was a job for sure. After installing, this works great. It has been about 4 weeks and the fan is quiet, and the flow of air is great. It moves a lot of air at lowest speed and we have mostly used it on 1 or 2 speed while doing a lot of Indian cooking. The hood is large and looks nice and sturdy. The bad - the motion sensor worked for first 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter what I do now, it does not work. The buttons to turn on the light and fan are all touch buttons. You must look at the button and press the right place, and sometime I have to find the right place to press the button. They really should replace it with something else. Other issue is how it changes the speed. You must go linear from speed 1 to 2 to 3 and 4, and then off. So from speed 1 to turn off, you must press the button 4 times. You can hit the power button as well, but that mean next time you need to power on before use it. It’s just bad interface. The best part is how much airflow it handles at a low noise. The filters are high quality and I can put them in dishwasher. I think it is great value for money.

**Q: Is there technical support?**
A: I bought this item and when I turn the fan on it seems not to be sucking up the steam and my walls are all sweaty please let me know why this is happening and everything is put correctly I have it venting thru roof and don’t understand why this is not sucking up the steam and I have to keep drying my walls behind stove...

**Q: Has anyone used it for barbecue?**
A: Yes, I use it in the kitchen BBQ and the 900 CFM wind speed works very well.

**Q: Is this really 900 cfm? i see other smilier fans rated closer to 350-400.**
A: Yes, it can reach up to 900CFM.
1. If activated carbon is installed, the air volume will be greatly affected, reducing by nearly half. So it can't reach 900CFM.
2. If activated carbon is not installed, check whether the two blades of the air outlet are opened when the range hood motor is working. If the blade does not open, it means that the blade is blocking the exhaust air. If the blades are normal, make sure that the air outlet of the range hood and the end of the air outlet pipe are smoothly exhausted, and there is nothing blocking the air outlet pipe.

It’s been about 4 years now with our range hood. It’s so simple to install! It is a little loud but what range hood isn’t!? This hood is good for the price and good quality. I love how it’s easy to clean and the sensors are so convenient. It does come with a remote which we’ve never had to use.
