Finally, we designed the toothbrush successfully.
The diameter of general bristle is 0.12-0.2mm, after strict mechanics calculation and bristle tenacity experiments, we determined the diameter of the bristle to be 0.07-0.1 mm; then the first difficulty we met was how to make the bristles diameter to be less than 0.1 mm, thinner than a hair; after discussing and communicating the technology with many producers and more than ten thousand times of bristle-drawing experiment, finally we did it. Super-dense bristles planting technology, after 181 times of bristle planting experiments by the R&D team, intensive bristles like a plane, 10 times of the number of the general bristle, to disperse gingival pressure to the great extent, conserve and care gingival.
