**Q: does it really helps in breakouts n adult acne?**
A: It helps me. It's the only ointment I've found that keeps me from breaking out. If I do get a breakout,  it stops the area from getting worse/ progressing and gets rid of it within a day. I've been buying this productive for almost three years.

**Q: does this product have 8% sulfur in the cream?**
A: Yes there's 8% sulfur in the cream.
This is the best product you can use for acne & pimples. I've used it when I have break outs & told many ppl about it. You won't be disappointed. Only use a little at a time, it's strong & can dry out your skin.

**Q: Expiration date on current product**
A: not sure but every time I bought it was. at least a y ear before expiration, good stuff hope this helps you.

**Q: does it really overcome the adult cystic acne and the marks left behind it?**
A: It helps but I still get an acne cyst probably once a month. The marks do fade but not quickly.
