Is it ceramic?** A: It's metal with some sort of coating on it. **Q: Is the back of the board magnetic too? Can you just attach it to some metal poles?** A: It comes with a cardboard template and four round magnets which you screw to the wall and the metal board attaches to the magnet. The board itself is metal with a lip which returns to the wall hiding the magnets so the board attaches to the magnets/wall and therefore only one face is visible/usable. The board itself of course relies upon other magnets to attach papers to. I don’t think it would work on a pole. The magnets on the wall for fixing are a great idea though if you are looking for a simple white board. **Q: Do wall fittings need to be perfectly straight in order get a straight whiteboard or is there wiggle room?** A: Hi, the magnets used to fix the whiteboard are adjustable by around 3 mm, so it is possible to adjust by this much. **Q: Would i be able to cut this to size and fit it on the inside of a kitchen cupboard? How thick is this board?** A: Hi, the board is made from 1.6mm CR4 steel. The edges are wrapped over to the back so there are no sharp edges. Richard drove out to personally hand deliver replacements within 48hrs.Overall excellent product and experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good whiteboard *by E***C on 27 March 2018* This was purchased for my kids to draw more, on a proper surface rather than the wall. It does exactly that, with white board pens this board is easily cleaned. Also because this is basically a metal board, we can start putting magnatic letters, shapes, etc on it and kids love those things.The installation is pretty straightforward, just secure 4 very strong magnets on the wall following the supplied full size cardboard for screw positioning, then let the 4 magnets do the work.Recommend to everyone. ### ⭐ Came warped with not enough magnets *by S***N on 13 June 2019* I had high hopes for these boards - the easy installation approach and modular design really appealed to me. It did go up easily but with only 4 supplied magnets the board has a noticeable bow in the middle - this means that when I write on it there’s is a pop as the sheet metal of the board bends.
