    Amazing supplement, bad packaging

I bought these after reading about the benefits of ashwagandha in regards to stress, anxiety, and thyroid conditions among other things. I am in the process of getting a diagnosis for intermittent body tingling and other symptoms. I purchased these hoping to help stress/anxiety and possibly rule those things out as the cause of my symptoms (just in case).I noticed a difference in my stress within a day or two of starting these. I have two toddlers so my days move pretty fast, and I’ve noticed that I feel much more at ease when things get a little stressful. No major change to my physical symptoms though.One star off because the bottle looked like it came straight from a second hand store. The label was deteriorating and peeling and I almost returned it, but the bottle was sealed so I just went with it. I’m on the fence about ordering this particular brand again but the supplement itself is great.
