My last dishwasher (Bosch) lasted 15 years. We use it a lot. I used these tabs for maybe half that time. Bosch recommends finish tabs for everyday cleaning. Maybe it’s just marketing but I sort of doubt it. It seemed to me that it made sense to use the same cleaning tabs as the dishwasher tabs figuring that they were designed to work together. Most, including these, use citric acid to reduce scale. This one also has fewer weirdo chemicals in it.No empty cycle required. 15 years.
