I use this every time I make a pie or a quiche. It is adjustable and after the first use I know exactly what size I need and it is so easy to drop it onto the pie plate after cooking for about 20-30 minutes.

We have had this for 4+ years and it has held up. We wash it in the dishwasher. It can be difficult to get the correct size on some pies and it can leave gaps from needing to "size up". It is floppy and this makes it difficult to put it around a hot pie without accidentally touching the hot service with your fingers. I have recently discovered that it can be used on some 12" frozen pizzas when the crust is cooking faster than the middle. The pizza in the photo is a Home Run Inn.
