Review: Out of all the salts I've tried, including the Himalayan varieties, sea salts, etc., this salt has the best, most subtle mineral flavor. Just finished my first bag, and am buying more to stay stocked up. No acrid taste like table salt, and it really adds to the overall brightness of a dish without adding to much "salty" flavor. After reading recently about the micro-plastics being found in salt from all over the place, I'm happy that the source of this salt is a protected underground spring - only delicious salt in my food, please!

Out of all the salts I've tried, including the Himalayan varieties, sea salts, etc., this salt has the best, most subtle mineral flavor. Just finished my first bag, and am buying more to stay stocked up. No acrid taste like table salt, and it really adds to the overall brightness of a dish without adding to much "salty" flavor. After reading recently about the micro-plastics being found in salt from all over the place, I'm happy that the source of this salt is a protected underground spring - only delicious salt in my food, please!

The salt grains are big, but it can be crushed and moled with a blender and that way is better to put on food after cooking.
