Ive had it 2 weeks now. I have an 11 month old puggle. She's very smart and obedient, but I had an issue with her not coming to me evertime. Trying to run out in the road if she sees people, and not even giving my command a second thought. Now I only have to give the command once and shes paying attention to me. I've used the sound and vibrate only. I honestly don't think she'll ever need the shock. Abby responds promptly with the vibrate only on 20. It goes up to100 if needed. I really love how much more control I have over my dog now, without hollering and yelling "COME!" I highly recommend this product and I'm glad I got it. It was easy to get started too! ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's ok *by C***Y on December 24, 2018* I've not used the product more than once, but will be putting it through it's paces as I'm home for a few months.
