However, its ease of use is somewhat compromised by the thickness adjustment mechanism, which relies on two screws without a guiding system, thus requiring manual leveling. Consequently, a star has been deducted due to the maximum thickness limitation of 5mm, which is suitable for cucumber salad preparation but unsuitable for producing french fries.
