**Q: Some of the reviews are for a gadget that checks tyre treads !!! Seems odd**
A: Seems odd to me as well

**Q: Are these the same as the one sold separately for £12.99 which specifies that is a 2020 model?**
A: I think they may be the same, they seem to have the same features as the single unit, but maybe check with the manufacturer to be sure.

**Q: Will this work outside? It will be plugged in to an outside electric source in a wooden shed**
A: I don't know, my one is plugged indoors. I suppose it should work in the shed.

**Q: Will these deter rats? As I’ve got rats living in my attic.**
A: Sorry - I used these in my greenhouse to get rid of mice - I don't have the boxes any more so can't check. It worked fine on mice and it does say "rodent repeller" so I would have though it would work in the attic - you may need four of them though strategically placed. Good luck getting rid of your rats - we had an infestation in the roof years ago but had to have a specialist come and get rid of them in the end but I wasn't using these repellers then.
