I just received the new one today and I am highly disappointed in the quality of this product. First the battery latch is super sensitive and the pack fell out when I opened the box. That was the least of my problems though… When I went to use it, it wouldnt cut any hair, it would just pull it out—sporadically at that. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
