I found the bra I ordered fitted my size well and was a good fit. If you don't know what size you are I find this way of measuring works for me. Measuring in inches, using a tape measure around your body measure just beneath your bust. If you measurement is an even number you add four, if it's an odd number you add five. So for an example if your measurement is 33" then you add 5 to this number making your back size a 38. Now measure round your bust at the fullest part. If this number matches your back size you need an A cup. For every inch you measure over the back size figure it goes up a cup size.(Same number =A cup, 1" over =B cup ,2" over =C cup, 3" over =D cup etc) So using our example again, if the bust measurement is 43 we take off that first figure of 38 leaving us with 5. Highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice fit but..... *by A***Y on 29 December 2018* On putting on the bra, it looks good....it gives a good shape, appears to fit well, looks good with the lace cups and fits like a full cup bra should fit. However....I personally have found that the bra provides insufficient support for my 34f bra size and seems to make my shoulders ache. I have attributed this to two main factors...1. The band size was too large. I probably could have gone down one, maybe two band sizes?! I have to say though the cup size was perfect. 2. The cup is made from a really pretty stretch lace fabric so consequently there is too much movement for my liking!
