**Q: Why is live in quotations?**
A: Good question...  Live lobster can be one that has spent the last 4 months in a holding tank.  Yes it is technically alive, but if human we would call it the Zombie Lobster.. The lobsters that I received were very active and alert.  A far cry from the usual fare.  The meat has a a better texture and flavor which is quite noticeable even to the novice Lobster eater.  Having lived in Boston you very quickly learn the difference between live and "live" Lobster..  Enjoy
