I’m really happy with this Himalayan pink salt (coarse grind). The crystals are clean, consistent in size, and add great flavor whether I’m cooking, seasoning meats, or finishing dishes. I especially like using it in my grinder — it works smoothly and gives a nice even sprinkle.
