## Questions & Answers

**Q: Some reviews mention the iron frame broke after about a year. Is it really strong enough?**
A: Yes. HNY upgraded the metal frame with reinforced joints and structure to prevent breakage under normal use. 2024+ versions are improved for daily kitchen island use and support up to 300 lbs reliably.

**Q: Are these bar stools more comfortable than competitors?**
A: Yes. HNY offers a wider 18.5" seat, 19" depth, and an 8.5" high curved back. 91% of users report “hours of comfort,” outperforming many tighter-seat competitors.

**Q: Is assembly difficult?**
A: Not at all. It takes about 10–15 minutes on average with included tools. 97% of customers say setup is easy, much faster than many competing bar stools.

**Q: Why choose HNY over others?**
A: HNY delivers better comfort, higher back support, and a deeper seat with 20+ style options. Customers frequently note it “looks more expensive” compared to standard competitor designs.

**Q: What if I don’t like it?**
A: We offer a 3-month “Love It or Return It” policy—the most generous return option. Try it; most customers keep them for comfort and style.
