I tend to have dry and rough skin and therefore need something a bit more abrasive to help the skin lift off. This although has helped with getting the light flakes of the skin due to the softness of the brush it has probably struggled to take off the more stubborn bits.This is not the fault of the product and will work fine for the vast majority of the ordinary public out there. I bought it as a gift for a teenage niece with some acne and blackheads. She tells me that she has been happy to use it as 2 of the brushes are incredibly soft and the third gives her face a massage, leaving her skin somewhat flushed, but clearly encouraging blood and serum flow below the skin. She also mentioned that as it is so soft, she has no fear of over vigorous exfoliation on he young skin. It’s controlled easily by one button which is great. It’s waterproof which helps in the bathroom and it’s rechargable which is a big plus.
