The shimmer particles are very fine so no chunky glitter and the formula is very blendable. It just makes your skin look dewy and healthy. You only need the smallest amount for it to be effective. There’s not much of a base color so it would work with lots of skin tones. It doesn’t fully dry down but it doesn’t stay super tacky either. It’s pretty much the only highlighter I reach for now. I take a small amount, dab it onto a sponge, and gently tap it on areas of my face where I want to add a glow. When I highlight with this, my skin looks hydrated and gives off a luxurious radiance. While pearl highlighters are great for more glamorous makeup looks, this glowy highlighter works wonderfully even for touch-ups. I can apply it over foundation without it caking or breaking down, leaving my skin looking flawless. It’s not sticky, feels lightweight, and has great lasting power, making it a high-quality product.
