We bought this to repair a couple of vintage cast metal figurines - they were pretty, but had cracks and missing bits here and there (some of it quite substantial - a Valkyrie with half of the plume of her headdress gone, winged helmets with great chunks absent). The putty was easy to mix, manipulate and shape (even with quite fine detail) and dry within a few hours. It has adhered to the broken metal perfectly. The product is exceptional and we have our restored figurines awaiting painting. The repairs are excellent (notwithstanding our limited artistic ability to recreate the absent bits exactly) and will be sufficiently accurate to pass muster under all but the closest scrutiny. Otherwise all good, it mixes well and sets hard rock.
