I stopped buying it because I felt it was too expensive. I decided to try it again because my allergies are that bad. It still works for me today. It took a little less than 30 days to stop the constant cuffing I had at night due to allergies. I do remember the small bottles of liquid that used to come with the product. Those bottles used to contain ginseng. That is what gave me the energy. Now they offer a new product in a small bottle to give you energy. I am pleased it doesn't contain ginseng anymore. I will have to try it to see if it will give me the energy without any ill affects.
