I use these straps 4 times a week for bench press, dumbbell presses, and shoulder presses. I’m on my second pair now, the first lasted me about 18 months before the Velcro started to deteriorate. They fit great and I notice a huge difference in my lifts when I use these straps. I can lift more and my wrists aren’t sore at all. Compared to the prices of other wrist straps out there, I was worried that for this low price, they wouldn’t work well.
