The rotating wheels are loose or tight - mine has 2 loose & 2 tight wheels. This doesn’t bother me but I can see how others refer to it being made of cheap place lock, but IT WORKS!!!I have recommended this to other friends/family that I know have medications to keep safe - from kids, teens, to other adults it’s perfect!!
