Review: Good thermometer - I have had this thermometer for 4 months, using it a few times per week to check water temperature for baby's bath. Battery is not finished yet. It looks lovely and it is accurate. I know it because after so many baths where I have checked with both the thermometer and my hands/intuition, I have come to know the perfect temperatute for the baby and the thermometer always confirms it. The only aspects that might seem weird about it: you turn it on by hitting it, not very firmly, on a hard surface, or more firmly on any other surface. You cannot turn it off, it turns off itself after about one hour. Secondly, the cold and hot warnings are only for water temperature, so if you turn it on in a room at 23 degrees C it will constantly have the word 'cold' on the screen, although that is not cold for a room. For the price, I cannot fault it, I am very satisfied.

We have had this for five months now and it's still working perfectly. Mainly used for baths but also for rooms when we are on holiday. We originally had the popular Phillips flower model which gave up at 2 years but as recent reviews didn't look good, we gave this cheaper one a go. Easy to use, kids love the crab design too. I contacted the seller as I couldn't work out how to register the product and they were more than helpful. Highly recommended.
