ZeaLife reached out to me and immediately sent me a replacement, which came as quite a nice surprise. Granted, it hasn't been a month since the replacement arrived, but I'm inclined to write off the defective product I received as an exception, rather than an expectation, particularly because the manufacturer was so eager to take care of me. As far as I'm concerned, a good product is one thing, but a company that prioritizes taking care of their customers is worth a whole lot more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Response to review request... *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2018* Bought this for a MacBook Pro (13" 2017). Received a request for information from ZeaLife wanting to know if the unit gets hot during use. I have been using the power adapter for a few days (4). It's always connected because of the external HDMI monitor. It is connected through a HooToo USB/HDMI hub for 8/9 hours a day and so far it is not getting hot. The HooToo Hub is actually warmer than the Power Adapter.
