How do.i make it go back to color?** A: Mine will be b & w , in low light times, daytime and room lit well it will be in color... **Q: Can you adjust the projection of the treat?** A: Not now, the range is between 6 to 10 feet, depend on the size of treat. Future app update can be level adjustable. **Q: A reviewer said you cant watch you pet while off wifi is this true? Or can you be at work watching them?** A: As long as your home wifi is on, you can connect in and launch the camera, talk to them, throw treats and use the laser pointer. I have done it from the road with a cell signal and at work on the wifi. We love this product. We turned on the option to have it make a sound when someone connects in, and when the cats hear that, they will run into the room now when they hear it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Product will not work over a normal LTE data connection. Can only be used within your home *by L***H on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2018* Just purchased this and went through the setup. It was reasonable, but the most important feature of being able to monitor your pet remotely doesn’t work. The camera only works when you are on the same WiFi network that the camera is connected to. It will not work over a strong LTE connection. Thus, the main function of viewing your pet when your away doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to customer service with a hopeful fix, but I doubt one will be available as I’ve fiddled with all of the adjustable settings in the app and have tried restarting, rerunning setup several times. Treat dispenser and music work well. It’s too bad the main function of remote monitoring as shown on their web site simply doesn’t work. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Good idea, poorly executed *by B***H on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2018* This thing FIRES the treats out a long way. Under the couch, 20 feet across the room, etc. The app is buggy. Major buggy. I have 170Mbps internet and I can't get the laser to work when I'm in the APP, which is poorly designed by the way. It does play the music, but after a week of trying it with the dogs, they don't respond to it unless it's really quiet in the house. The sound it makes when it shoots the treats scares the crap out of one dog. The puppy doesn't seem to mind, but if your dog is skittish, forget it. The square where the treats comes out is very small; like a change return on a soda machine. Too small to get my dog's beak in there, so some will sit in there and get stale. The scariest thing is that it says right on it not to look at the laser. How are you supposed to tell your dogs not to look at the laser? Not that it works, but it might be nice if there were some instructions that would tell you how to work the laser. The app isn't going to help, believe me. Oh, and if you take a crappy photo, you have to clear the screen before you can take another one. I don't know about you, but my dog requires at least 20 shots to get one good one.
