Also, does it mean any kind of aftertaste or weird mouth feel?** A: Pectinex works to remove pectin from any fruits that have pectin. There is no aftertaste, but we do not recommend soaking the fruits for too long since they will get water logged. **Q: How long to soak citrus peels only? And do they need to be refrigerated while soaking?** A: We recommend at least a few hours to overnight in the refrigerator. **Q: Can you use for wine?** A: Yes, Pectinex can be used in wine to break down the pulp and make processing more efficient. **Q: ?How long for one orange** A: Should only be a few hours. But whether it’s one orange or a dozen, it should be the same time. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pure Pectinex Ultra SP-L Gluten-Free Vegan OU Kosher Certified - 60ml/2fl oz - Druids Grove Lactic Acid Vegan ⊘ Non-GMO Gluten-Free OU Kosher Certified - 8 oz. - Hearthy Foods Agar Agar Powder (4oz) Vegan Gelatin Substitute, Certified Halal, Kosher, Gluten-free, Non-GMO, 100%, Sugar-free, Kosher, Halal, Desserts, 100% Natural Red Algae --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/675357607-pure-pectinex-ultra-sp-l-gluten-free-vegan-ou-kosher](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/675357607-pure-pectinex-ultra-sp-l-gluten-free-vegan-ou-kosher) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
