I noticed a change within 3 days. Immense relief on something that I couldn’t figure out exactly what it may have been keeping me up at night with my stomach. I think I know what it was now. Didn't really work for me. Just seemed to slow down the overgrowth from getting worse, but didn't stop it. Maybe my overgrowth was way bad for this to fully work. I think it probably will work for someone who just started noticing beginning symptoms of a candida overgrowth. 3 stars because it did help a small bit
