The band actually came next day which was a great surprise. I measured my wrist where my bands usually sits (7.25”) and read that some might find it tight. Indeed it is a little tight but should loosen up a bit with wear. A medium would have been better but they were out of the tan so I settled and it worked. Obviously it isn’t easy to get on but you will eventually work out a way to do it without it being to much of a hassle. It looks great and makes this watch look more masculine. I read the reviews about putting it on and thought to myself that I only need to put it on and take it off once a day so it’s not really a big deal. If you like Paracord or are into survival or are ex-military like I am, you will not be disappointed. Medium would probably fit most wrist and the small might even be perfect for most women. I think a large would be best if your wrist is in the 8 plus inch range. I highly recommend this band. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and comfortable *by C***G on May 16, 2022* I first got the watch band it was stiff but I attached the bands to the watch then I fit the adjustment so it was comfortable to wear. Now it is the best watch band I've owned and I know it'll last a long time because 550 paracord is durable. These aren't meant to be for “survival” like some bracelets and other products out there. Only took me a few minutes to adjust the size and remember how to tie it back together.
