A: No seeds that I am aware of.   Unless they are ground, but not mentioned in the ingredients.

**Q: Does the paprika make the seasoning hot?**
A: No paprika is not a spicey spice…it’s just a unique flavor that’s subtle.

**Q: What are the ingredients to the seasoning?  How much salt?  I am looking for salt-free seasoning mixes.**
A: has sea salt !

**Q: Can you eat the seasoning alone without the steak?**
A: Well it Is that good but I would not recommend eating it alone. However I season just about everything with it. Eggs, veggies, chicken, and pork

Wow! I’ve never had this before and wanted to try it.I don’t know if I can use anything else. It’s delicious.I made burgers with it and then seasoned every other thing with it too. Very addicting! So delicious!
