I've developed a HUGE fear of the rubber resistance bands due to the fact that so many have snapped and really hurt me. With these, I DO NOT have to worry about that which is really awesome and lets me focus on my workout. Also, I was nervous that these would slide while I had them on, but each band has rubber lining on the insides that help the band stay in place the entire time i'm using them. These are made of a thick cloth with am anti-slip grip on the inside so they don't bunch together or slide. They also clean very easy! Just wash and hang dry. They range in resistance from large (least resistance) to small (most resistance).
