They weren't heavily stained to begin with so I wasn't sure if any difference would be noticeable, but my teeth do look a few shades lighter. It hasn't made them pearly white but instead they look a more natural 'off white'. The toothpaste itself tastes very pleasant and feels good when brushing, it's gentle and not abrasive at all.
