## Questions & Answers

**Q: My instructions got thrown out ... what is the purpose of the gap on each of the dishes? And what is the metal for at the back of each dish?**
A: The gap is so when you're using it to keep food warm and are serving from it you can put the lid on whilst the serving spoon remains in the dish. The metal at the back of each dish is to hang the lid on whilst you're serving and then you can put it back on the dish when you're done.

**Q: can you use the liner in an oven?**
A: I do not think so, however check with the instruction booklet or the manufacturer.

A: I would have thought the manufacturer would be best to contact to order that

A: I havnt bought liners myself but I would imagine you could I use mine all the time and I love it

I like this slow cooker very much. It is similar to the last one I had 10 years ago so I hope this lasts as long. It is not heavy to manoevre. I like to make stews and soups from scratch so ideal for one.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, delicate lid

I've used this a lot. Perfect size for rice for 2 adults and 2 kids, or a pie filling, cabbage etc. Low, high and keep warm all work. Lid and pot are fine in the dishwasher. The lid handle is a little delicate though, handle sheared off after I dropped the lid. It's been superglued twice now. Handle is cheap plastic with a wood screw, rather than something more robust, so the screw puts tension into the plastic and makes it break more easily. Worth the money, but be careful with the lid.
