Review: A nice comfortable spicy taste - Iv tried a few kimchi sauces and this one is my favourite,I usually use Chinese leaf but Iv just tried white cabbage which is a fraction of the price and has a lovely crunch. One bottle will be enough for two Chinese leaf or one large white cabbage. You will need to do the salting process first to remove water from the cabbage. I leave the Kimchi out of the fridge for the first two days to help mature it faster. I like it best when it’s fresh (days 1-7) it changes in taste and gets a fizz if left a while.
