Review: Beautiful! - Loved this shower head! It fit perfectly, didn’t have to drill additional holes in the wall for the hand-held spray and coordinated with our sink faucets because of the white porcelain details. It works great too! The rain mode is strong and you can use the hand-held option at the same time, or separately. Some only have the option of one or the other and I like that I can use both at the same time. Would totally recommend it!
Review: Didn’t fit my needs but customer service is great - I purchased this product to install in a guest bathroom we remodeled. We have the same exact model in a rental property and it has never given us any problems so I had high hopes for this one. Upon installing it, the cold water valve connector proceeded to leak. I tried Teflon tape, pipe dope, rubber washer, etc. I then reached out to the company (they are very responsive and professional). They happily obliged to send me a replacement unit at no additional cost. However, the replacement unit ended up leaking in the exact same place the previous one had. I think it was fate though, as my wife had changed her mind about the fixture color she wanted to go in the bathroom. I ended up ordering a different unit from a different company and also installing new drop ear elbow fittings. The new unit we ordered through the other company formed a good seal with Teflon tape alone and we’ve had no problems out of it as of yet. That is to say, I’m unsure if the problem was with this companies products or if our old drop ear elbow fittings were to blame. Regardless, rest assured that they will quickly rectify any problems you may encounter with their products. I will say, the feel of this fixture is of higher quality than the more expensive one we purchased from a different company. ✌🏼

Loved this shower head! It fit perfectly, didn’t have to drill additional holes in the wall for the hand-held spray and coordinated with our sink faucets because of the white porcelain details. It works great too! The rain mode is strong and you can use the hand-held option at the same time, or separately. Some only have the option of one or the other and I like that I can use both at the same time. Would totally recommend it!
