This MeacoDry ABC dehumidifier 10L is perfect for solving this issue as it's compact but still very effective. There are 2 fan speed settings with both running quiet, in fact I always run it on the higher speed as it's quiet enough for me not being obtrusive even being in the same room. There is also a digital display showing the relative humidity in the room with settings to regulate the humidity you want which automatically switches off the machine when it reaches the target humidity. There are other features which are described in the product description which makes it a very capable dehumidifier. Using it to help control humidity and window condensation as well as drying laundry on an airer and for both it works very well and cheap to run. Also very easy to move from room to room with the handle on the back. If you're looking for a good quality capable dehumidifier for humidity or condensation control then in my opinion this is perfect. I'm mainly impressed with how quiet it is, how well it works and the high quality.
