A half dozen narrowed down to 7mm and a couple were rotted in places so those 8 will need to be cut down for smaller plants. The poles are significantly better than those available at the DIY store and they were delivered to my door which was preferable to transporting them by car. They clip nicely into a 10 pole Bosmere Garden Care Green Sweet Pea & Bean Ring so the runner beans should be happy.
