It makes the best hot chocolate. My husband and I make hot chocolate a lot during the winter. We have used all the brands, low brow and otherwise, Hershey, Valrhona, Lake Champlain., etc. This one beats them all. And it's organic and reasonably priced. I am actually a little hesitant to write a review as it is one of the best kept secrets. However, I also want to give the company it's due. The last time I ordered, it was shipped in a plastic container/bag. I buy cases of the Heritage chocolate bars because the beans are natural and not man manipulated, therefore, having the most amazing flavor and not needing all the sugar that the other cacao beans need in order to be palatably made into chocolate. The cocoa powder is delicious and I use it in my protein shakes into which I put zero sugar because this cocoa is naturally sweeter than most - I also add peanut butter for the protein and unsweetened almond milk which is naturally sweet without the sugar. Use this wonderful product! Also, buying from these folks supports farming families directly.
