Review: Perfect feelings game for young therapy clients, students, and your own kids! - What I love most about this game is that there are multiple ways to play it and I love that it covers a wide array of feelings. It’s a great ice breaker in play therapy with my younger clients and is great for teaching emotional literacy and empathy. At home, my 2 young toddlers love playing with the cards, so I just leave them out and they are already identifying and relating to some of the feelings on the cards. **Q: Are the cards laminated?**
A: Hi! Yes, our cards are laminated by our print company (the manufacturer).  Per our manufacturer, lamination is the most protective finish and makes our cards water resistant. Lamination is a thin polypropylene film that is applied after the printing process is complete.

**Q: Are the instructions for play posted online somewhere? We lost ours.**

**Q: Is this game made in Spanish?**
A: This game is not yet available in Spanish as of 8/16/21. Game On Family hopes to provide a Spanish version in the future but no date is set.

**Q: Do the cards only have visuals? or do some have a situation statement or scenario?  I would look for using with 3rd and 4th graders in Special Ed**
A: Hi, there is no text on the 24 social scene cards, which visually depicts situations. We find it more interesting to have the children interpret and talk about the scenario regarding what's happening and what the characters are feeling. Each social scene cards features a character from the 24 individual pose cards, which have text naming the emotion.

What I love most about this game is that there are multiple ways to play it and I love that it covers a wide array of feelings. These cards are made of sturdy cardstock, nicely illustrated with images of small children acting out each feeling/behavior that kids in my K-1 classroom enjoy playing. They are epecially good for kids on the spectrum who need visual cues and they are also perfect for the general population as well. It prompts thought and conversation about each scenario card being played. It's a simple deck of playing cards with positive behavioural outcomes.
